Great service and timely delivery. Outstanding product. Thank you Michael Grubb on 11th Sep 2015
I looked at the local sellers of hot water heaters and discovered that a larger module was available at a huge upgrade in cost.
I went with the Marey as it was the longest history being manufactured. I didn't find any bad reviews and the size was appropriate for my usage.
The issues I ran into were that a 6 inch Flue was required for the 16 liter version. In the US we have 4",6"and 8" flues not all available at he Lowes or Home Depot. Look on line at lowes and they carry a 6" chimney flue. You can buy a 6" to 4" reducer which you will have to cut down to approximately 5" to fit the output of the 16 liter unit.
You have to mount the Flue as to be able to line up the center of the output of the heater with the input of the flue pipe. I would note that most american hot water heaters have the input and output of the heated water on top. the MaRey is on the bottom and will require the plumbing relocated.
The heater has been installed for 2 days and I am enjoying hot water. I spent on the heater and the pipe and flue the same amount of money as I would have spent on a new Hot water heater.
I would suggest if you decide to do this if you don't have the plumbing experience to get several bids on the labor before doing this. Bill on 13th Aug 2013
